The WHISTLINDIESEL X NELSON RACING DESIGN  full carbon fiber cowboy hat. Crafted entirely in the USA by Nelson Racing Design. 

Each piece is made one at a time using aerospace-grade carbon fiber and the highest-grade epoxy resin for unmatched strength, clarity, with a matte finish. 

Inside, every hat features a lamb-skin sweatband, a custom fitted silk liner, and a hand-wrapped Alcantara brim edge created from the same material that Ferrari uses. Creating a uniquely luxurious feel while keeping weight equal to a true western hat.

Using precision molds and detailed internal fit tuning, each hat is built to order for a precise, bespoke fit. This is not a replica — it’s an official Whistlin Diesel Icon, engineered as a heirloom quality piece for both collectors and daily wearers, that will last forever. 

Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Each carbon fiber hat is handmade to order. Production begins quickly after an order is placed, the terms below apply to all purchases:

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after purchase, and only if production has not begun.

• Once production starts, no cancellations or refunds are allowed for any reason.

• Production includes materials being cut, molds being prepared, or any customization work being started.

Production Timeline

• Every hat is individually crafted, and timelines can vary depending on complexity and production volume.

• Estimated delivery windows are expected between 6-8 weeks from order. 

Exchanges

• Exchanges only are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are permitted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if a size adjustment is needed.

• Items must be in new condition.

• Exchange requests may require additional production time.

Order Accuracy

• Customers must confirm all custom details at checkout including size and finish, 

• Errors in customer provided information are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production begins.

Shipping Damage

• If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
